Of course it is always best if you or someone you appoint can attend the inspection, if that is not possible you will need to approve the following Standard Inspection Agreement before a report can be issued.  If you are not able to attend the inspection, please click on the file below, print it, fill in the information on page one and initial for receipt of three pages, and fax page one to me.  I will not issue a written report until I have your signature on file.
